Terms of Service

Who these terms are for

AI Incident Reporting (“Incident Ops”) is provided by Attendify Vision Technology Solutions L.L.C – S.P.C (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Economic Licence CN-6081654) to organisations under a separate commercial agreement, and to the individual users that organisation authorises to use the app or dashboard. By signing in you agree to these terms and to your organisation's own policies for using Incident Ops.

Accounts

Field accounts are created and managed by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the reports you submit. Organisation self-signup accounts are responsible for the accuracy of the organisation details provided at signup.

Acceptable use

Incident Ops is for genuine incident and observation reporting within your operational duties. You agree not to submit false reports, attempt to access data outside your assigned coverage, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for others.

AI-assisted content

Transcriptions, translations, extracted facts and drafted narratives produced by the app's AI features are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and confirming that content before it becomes part of the submitted record.

Data ownership

Incident and organisation data belongs to the organisation that submitted it. We process it on that organisation's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and incident response may affect availability from time to time.

Termination

An organisation's access may be suspended or ended under its commercial agreement with us; an individual account may be suspended by your organisation's administrator at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or dashboard after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
