Product workflow

One incident record, from capture to closure.

Incident Ops connects the field account, source evidence, human review, operational approvals and follow-up without flattening them into a single unaudited form.

01

Choose the reporting location

The reporter selects an available site and detailed area, keeping the incident inside the correct client and contract context.

02

Capture voice and visual evidence

A report can begin with voice, photos, short video or a combination. Upload retries use stable media identifiers so the same evidence is not duplicated.

03

Process into a structured draft

The system transcribes, translates where needed, analyses supplied photos, extracts candidate facts and builds the approved report structure.

04

Clarify and review

The reporting person checks every section, corrects generated content, confirms people and notified parties, and chooses category and severity.

05

Sign through the operational chain

The report routes to eligible reviewers inside the incident's coverage. Severity determines whether manager review is required.

06

Distribute and follow through

After the required signatures, approved recipients receive the completed record. Acknowledgements, updates and status decisions stay on the timeline.
