Access follows operational scope
Users see incident data through their organisation and assigned branch, client, contract or site coverage. The data service enforces those boundaries independently of the interface.
Security and trust
Security is designed around organisation isolation, operational scope, private evidence and attributable human decisions—not broad access hidden behind a menu.
Users see incident data through their organisation and assigned branch, client, contract or site coverage. The data service enforces those boundaries independently of the interface.
Incident photos, audio, video and updates are stored in private evidence areas. Access follows the incident rather than a publicly guessable file URL.
Transcription, translation, image analysis and drafted fields retain their origin. The reporting person reviews and confirms the record before it becomes submitted evidence.
Escalation recipients and approval requirements are resolved from the incident context and retained. Later staffing changes do not silently rewrite an earlier route.
The signing record preserves who acted, their designation, when they acted, the required step and any delegation that occurred.
Email delivery is queued with its own status and retry history, so a temporary provider problem does not erase the operational decision to notify a recipient.
Responsible deployment
Data retention, residency, contract terms and rollout controls depend on your operating requirements. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all compliance claim or public price that assumes those requirements for you.
